Eden Housing & Support Ltd offer a supported living service which bridges the transition between hospital and the home environment. This provision contributes to relieving pressure on hospitals and care home services by supporting service users in our own homely premises while they recover from an operation or illness as we assist them to regain their independence. We provide a homely environment within which service users are able to be assessed and prepared for independent living when they return to their own home.

- Household tasks: help with laundry, ironing and general tidying and cleanliness
